AI-first operations: own the brand, automate the rest

TL;DR

The founder works 4-5 hours a day. AI does everything else — writing ads, answering customer questions, creating content, tracking finances. We don't build our own medical or pharmacy systems. We plug into existing platforms (like Uber uses drivers it doesn't employ). Doctors, prescriptions, and drug manufacturing are all handled by licensed partners. We own the brand, the app, the customer relationship, and the AI that runs the daily operations.

BioForge is built AI-first from day one. Every function that can be automated is automated. The operational philosophy: own the brand and customer relationship, outsource everything regulated, automate everything repetitive.

Pharmacy Partnership Strategy

Partner with 2-3 existing 503A/503B compounding pharmacies. Volume-based pricing agreements. Evaluate quality, speed, and cold-chain capabilities.

Cold Chain Requirements

Peptides require 2-8°C cold chain for injectable formulations. Partner pharmacies handle packaging with insulated boxes and cold packs. Overnight/2-day shipping standard.

Customer Service Model

AI Chatbot (80% of inquiries) — handles order status, dosage questions, refill scheduling, FAQ. Powered by Claude with strict guardrails (no medical advice, no price hallucinations).

Human Account Managers (15% of inquiries) — handles billing disputes, complex questions, cancellations. Goal: turn cancellation requests into retention.

Medical Team Escalation (5% of inquiries) — routed to telehealth partner for medical questions, side effects, dosage adjustments.

⚠ Lesson from Medvi: Medvi's AI chatbot hallucinated drug prices and non-existent product lines. BioForge will implement strict response boundaries, human-in-the-loop for pricing, and regular bot testing.
